Self Service Terms and Conditions
1. Self Service for Prepaid Recharge is 2 step process
I. Make online payment through bill desk (Transaction Fee Applicable, Refer table below)
II. On Successful Payment Generate Token
2. The generated token to be punched in meter manually, using the keypad available at meter.
3. A consumer can
a.Take at max 3 continuous recharge through Self Service method,
b.Take at max for 180 days through Self Service method
If either of above limit is reached consumer must take recharge with meter data by visiting POS or Through Consumer Mobile App with NFC Card.
4. In Recharge taken using Consumer Self Service only charges of electricity will be taken, Fixed charges and other administrative charges will be calculated and levied at the time of recharge with meter data, and units will be calculated and dispensed from balance
